PLYING her trade on the right wing, the skilful first year is a handful for any left back.
With her creative footwork and excellent delivery Cochrane regularly provides great service to her strikers.
The first-year student also takes care of business from corners. Her whipping crosses frequently cause serious problems from the set-piece.
These dangerous deliveries were prominent throughout the game against Oxford. Cochrane was able to add to her assist tally as Danielle Dageenakis slotted home one of her perfectly placed corners.

During the encounter between USW and Oxford, the winger was a persistent threat down the right-hand side, often having the better of the Oxford left-back.
Cochrane’s playing style revolves around excellent close control and a willingness to take on defenders. Eye-catching touches and flamboyant step-overs are commonplace in her game.
She often makes driving runs into the heart of defences and tends to come into her own during the second half of games as her superior fitness allows her to attack relentlessly.
Having caused problems for Southampton Solent and Oxford in her last two outings, this week’s opponents Bournemouth will need to be wary of her threat down the right flank.
Playing in just her first season of BUCS football the young winger will be looking to make her mark on the team. I’m sure coach Kaseem Taylor will have an eye on building the team with her as an integral part.
With her club side, Caldicot Town, currently sitting top of Welsh Women’s League (WWL) it’s possible that we could see Cochrane playing in the top tier of Welsh women’s football should they gain promotion.
